Jim went above and beyond to complete our project. They were always on time, worked very hard, and had very reasonable rates. I would would recommend hiring them to anyone looking for heating and cooling work. A++ I plan on using them to service the furnace and ac now that the project is complete. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Jim was initially really great. He gave us a great deal on our furnace and installed it in a timely manner. The only problem was that he did not show us where we can change the furnace filter. I have had many people come over and try and find where you can change it and no one can. I have called Jim many many times (at least 4-5 times and sent an e-mail) and he has not returned any of my phone calls or my e-mail. It seems to me that he's great with the initial install but the tech support afterwards is horrible. I don't know if he will ever call me back and I am so frustrated. I will not recommend him to anyone.
