Agents professionally and cordially answered repeated calls checking that WCCR would be able to begin and complete the replacement of my freezing tenant’s wall heater on schedule (It was.) The only problem was that tenant later discovered that the installation was installed so close to the window air conditioner that the A/C control panel flap could not be opened. This will necessitate my hiring someone to slide the AC down the window sill to make more room. This problem should have been reported to me and rectified as the job was being completed. Price was extremely good vis-à-vis other bids. I will go first to WCCR for my next project. Recommended, though close inspection of completed job is suggested.

The repairman was skilled and professional. He did a good job of restoring and repairing our kitchen range. My only complaint is that one knob was broken in repair, and the replacement he furnished keeps falling off the stove.
