Due to the holidays and the manufacturer's error, our Eliminator hadn't been installed till over almost two weeks after the drain system was finished. Karen and Mike were great at keeping us informed. The workers did a great job though they left the basement was dustier than I understood it would be. Mike even came back to help us move the concrete sink back in place. They charged us a lot less than others for more work. They didn't speak ill of any of the other companies that we screened, showing great integrity. I really felt like we were their only customers by all the attention and support they gave us.
