Basement Technologies did an outstanding job. Their staff were on time and completed the effort on schedule. In addition, they had great "service after the sale" when after a very heavy rain, the basement had some water appear. On a non-working day (Saturday), one of their staff members made a long drive to Newport and and diagnosed the problem. It had nothing to do with the Basement Technologies work.

I liked how prompt the service was in scheduling the appointment for the estimate. Rick was on time and very willing to educate me about basement repair options. He did not push the most expensive repair, he advised a moderate approach, with a wait and see how a less aggressive repair works before we proceed with a costly job that is not necessary. The work will be scheduled for later on this Fall due to my travel schedule. I will let you know how the workers perform on the job! Diane
