Charles was excellent in the initial visit and follow up calls with us. He took a great deal of time to explain the method that Quality Dry uses, which we really appreciated. Charles was at our house for the start of the project and stopped in twice before the job was done, insuring that we received what was promised. The crew was polite, attentive to detail and left our basement clean and clear of any debris.
