The job itself, including sealing the area off from the adjacent spaces, was done in a thoroughly professional and careful way. And, the condition was completely removed--this rating is many months overdue.

He did an excellent job with the carpets and removed all the cat urine smell and dander. I have severe cat allergies and just moved into the new place and have had no problems with the carpeting.
The only annoyance was that he was an hour late.
