Crew that came was amazing - they arrived on time, despite a snow storm; they completed the work in three days without our having to be home. They left my basement cleaner than when they started. The work was of very high quality. The only thing to mar my very positive experience with the work crew was a followup pressure call from the salesman two days later. The final check was to be put in the mail one week following the completion of the work. When it was not received within two days, the salesman called to disparage the US Mails, tell me about how this time of year his police colleagues report solen mail bags. Not necessary.
