I spoke to Mike on the phone and we determined mine was a tricky project because I have poured concrete walls and that's where my leak was coming from. The rain water poured in around the sewer pipe and he suggested trying to fix it myself first. I followed his instructions and hopefully this took care of my problem, but I won't know until it rains hard.

If it doesn't work, I will call Vulcan to repair my wall.

The best part was his honesty. He was more interested in helping me than with actually making a sale. For this reason, I will suggest Vulcan to anyone who has a water problem and if I have more problems, I will also call them

The price quote was in line with everyone else but the job included a lifetime guarantee, transferable if we ever sell the house, that the walls and floor would remain dry. The basement was sealed off from the rest of the house to contain dust. Not only is my basement now dry, but my lawn, which had puddles all summer, was completely dry within 1 week of completion of the job.
