They explained what they were going to do in a clear and effective way, without a lot of hype or "salesmanship." their prices were competitive, without all the gimmicks of some of the other companies I spoke to. Tony called me back to answer a question that the person who came out could not answer fully, but then they did not bug me and let me make up my own mind when I was ready. They called to see if it was OK to come on an earlier date than they originally planned because they had a cancellation. They came when scheduled, did the work quickly and left the house totally clean and undisturbed. We will have to see if it was effective, but so far we do not appear to have any water problems from the recent rain.
