Ray has come out to our home for various projects over the past several months because he did such an amazing job and really won our confidence in him on the first job. Other companies seemed to have a cookie-cutter approach to the problem (drains, trenches, sump pumps, etc) and quoted me estimates of around $10,000 to $14,000 - without knowing what the actual problems with our house were!
Ray not only found out what was wrong, he fixed it, was professional, fast and friendly. That, and he did it for about $4000 - $10000 cheaper than the other guys. We've hired him for other projects, and would strongly recommend hiring him for projects
