The price quote was in line with everyone else but the job included a lifetime guarantee, transferable if we ever sell the house, that the walls and floor would remain dry. The basement was sealed off from the rest of the house to contain dust. Not only is my basement now dry, but my lawn, which had puddles all summer, was completely dry within 1 week of completion of the job.

Scope of work and implememtation was thorough. Cleanup after project was excellent. Some water following first rain but, quick response and issue was corrected. Recent very heavy rain was not an issue.
