Your service people showed great courtesy and initiative when they encountered an unforeseen problem of buried rocks and bricks at their excavation site. They asked us where we would like to have the extra fill dirt and bricks placed so that we might use them in the future. I think they went beyond the service that I expected.

All work was completed as contracted. So glad we're rid of the smell of mold and dampness. The men on the project were very professional and knew what they were doing. Even though things were covered there still was a lot of dust. We will use them again if the need arises.

Needed new drain system installed around edge of entire basement. Had new drain pipes to sump, new clean gravel intalled and new concrete applied over that at the edges.

Good communications, great price. What really sold me was they use this bentonite stuff in soil around the house that creates a barrier to water. So the only water that can get in has to come from the water table.

Only issue was I wonder if they couldn't have done a better job of finishing the new cement. Otherwise they'd be getting 5 stars. Other contractors have told me they agree it could have been a little better, but is not terrible.
