Jeremy was curteous, customer service focused, and did a great job on my basement. He worked hard to make sure I was happy and was also flexible in making this project work for me.

He had a very challenging basement - a 100+ year old fieldstone basement with places where all the mortar was gone and we could stare at sunlight from the basement. He powerwashed and cleaned out the joints, repacked and stabalized the mortar, and then sealed the entire foundation. It looks like a million bucks now! Very satisfied and will hire him again for related projects!

I liked how prompt the service was in scheduling the appointment for the estimate. Rick was on time and very willing to educate me about basement repair options. He did not push the most expensive repair, he advised a moderate approach, with a wait and see how a less aggressive repair works before we proceed with a costly job that is not necessary. The work will be scheduled for later on this Fall due to my travel schedule. I will let you know how the workers perform on the job! Diane
