We had many companies out each giving their views, we decided to spend a little more with Aquaguard due to their 20 years of experience and knowledge. The crew arrived and went right to work. They carefully laid drop clothes and plastic wherever they walked. We no longer have to worry about our basement flooding and that's a great feeling. The project and men were top notch. Foreman fully explained process. Since they had to go through house to do project, put down floor covers (no dirt of residue left afterwards). Started and completed job in a timely manner, and were courteous and mannerly. Really pleased with work and workers. Salesman Allan kaminski was also courteous and thorough in explaining what was to be done. Again the Window Installer arrived timely, went about installing the window, cleaned up afterwards. All excellent workers.

work in basement was great-no complaints. BUT-they managed to sink our basement stairs with the weight of the concrete wheelbarrels and make a perment path for us. Contract states that they are not responsible for any damages to property. We are now faceing an espensive fix to relevel the stairs. But the work in the basement was great. Fixed the problem with no problems.
