Excellent job,! American A1 was honest with their assement of the job, the crew was great to have working on my property, Bob who did the sales gave a very competitive esimate, layed out any contingencies that he thougt may arise and low and behold there were no extra costs at the end. Not only did they solve my water problem with their professional exterior solution but they installed cement slabs and pavers in the back of my yard, beautifully I might add. They did it all at a very competitive price.

I selected Forever-Dry Waterproofing (Frank Rosario) and was very happy with their work. They arrived on time, were very courteous, worked diligently and quickly, and cleaned up everything. It took two days for them to complete the job. I had some heavy items which I could not move myself out of the closet and they moved all this for me when they arrived. Both Frank and Joe stopped by several times during the first day to check on the job and show me what was being done and answer any questions I had. Craig Ward followed up with a phone call the next day about how I liked the work and I told him I was happy. I told him I needed an ownership transferable warranty and he told me he would get this for me. We have not had any major rainstorms since they completed their work so I cannot comment on whether my basement is totally dry yet.
