I selected Forever-Dry Waterproofing (Frank Rosario) and was very happy with their work. They arrived on time, were very courteous, worked diligently and quickly, and cleaned up everything. It took two days for them to complete the job. I had some heavy items which I could not move myself out of the closet and they moved all this for me when they arrived. Both Frank and Joe stopped by several times during the first day to check on the job and show me what was being done and answer any questions I had. Craig Ward followed up with a phone call the next day about how I liked the work and I told him I was happy. I told him I needed an ownership transferable warranty and he told me he would get this for me. We have not had any major rainstorms since they completed their work so I cannot comment on whether my basement is totally dry yet.

I spoke to Mike on the phone and we determined mine was a tricky project because I have poured concrete walls and that's where my leak was coming from. The rain water poured in around the sewer pipe and he suggested trying to fix it myself first. I followed his instructions and hopefully this took care of my problem, but I won't know until it rains hard.

If it doesn't work, I will call Vulcan to repair my wall.

The best part was his honesty. He was more interested in helping me than with actually making a sale. For this reason, I will suggest Vulcan to anyone who has a water problem and if I have more problems, I will also call them
