THE SYSTEM IS EXPENSIVE AND I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO KNOW THAT BEFORE A VISIT FROM THE FIRM. I KNOW THAT IS THE SALES WAY, BUT I HAD A BUDGET AND WENT OVER BUDGET. I DON;T LIKE SPENDING MORE THAN I PLANNED. IF I HAD KNOW AHEAD I COULD HAVE PLANNED FOR A MORE EXTENSIVE SYSTEM AND NOT HAVE TO SETTLE FOR A PARTIAL SYSTEM

Remove Snow from Walks, Drives and Roofs in 06001
Did a wonderful job with snow removal however showed up after 5p when the snow storm was the previous night. I knew I was not a priority and that it was a Sunday, however I worry about snow during the work week . Perhaps they shouldn't take on new clients if they are so busy.
