Dave was assigned to the job; it was completed quickly; Dave patiently provided answers to all my questions, and assured me his company would respond if the leak resumed the next time it rained. The only disappointment (a very minor one) was that the patching process left more residue than I expected.

TDH replaced our 40 year old 60% efficient furnace with a new 95% AFUE Goodman model with 10
year warranty. I found Tim Hancz, owner, who provided the price quotation & coordinated communication, very easy to work with, quickly replying to e-mail messages and phone calls. His crew executed a very professional looking installation and left the worksite neat and clean. While I occasionally found the crew a bit difficult to understand due to our divergent accents, they were equally easy to work with, answering questions and making adjustments as requested.
