I dealt directly with Jack Shanahan, who is a character, easy to get along with and very friendly. They negociated prices reasonably, the work was done in 1 day and they cleaned up very well. The crew of 3 worked a full day and then some, barely breaking for lunch. Everyone showed up on time and got right to work, even the dumpster delivery was exactly on time. I would and am using them again for a window replacement project in my attic.

Did the work promptly and on budget, work appears to be very high quality. Not salesly at all -- and very clear communicator. Totally happy at this initial stage (~1 week post his work).
