I thought he was fair regarding the price and he made it a point to get out there before we had more rain. I am able to see the roof from my third floor window but haven't looked yet. He also waited more than a week to invoice me which was helpful. However, I was disappointed that I never met hiim. All our dealing were done by phone or the internet.

examined my flat roof problems and recommended fixing the rubber seal around the vent pipe which he said was causing water to come into the bedroom caieling. He also said the large window in the back of the bedroom was improperly installed and needed to be replaced and the framing needed to be built up about 1 foot.
He fixed the vent pipe seal and his charge was very reasonable.
He seemed very knowledgeable with regards to roofing and related work.
