Victor came out to assess project within 24 hr. He provided a detailed description of how he would fix the problem, he explained the relevant caveats and he gave an accurate estimated cost. He returned and completed the work in a timely manner (within 48 hr), using top materials and went extra mile to make sure he did quality work. Provided a full written warranty (2 yr labor, 30 yr materials) and left the site clean and clear of all materials/debris. He's not only an experienced contractor, but he's polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend him.

He was prompt in meeting the time he committed to meet to review the job required and quote. He was very detailed and explained what he thought was needed and why, then the quote detailed what was discussed. I found that he was very professional when I contacted him to advise that he had won my job, he came out one more time just to confirm so that there were no surprises. His crew worked very hard with a short lunch break, good work ethic. They also did a good job on the cleanup when job was completed. I would definitely recommend them and when I have a job in the future that would require his service I will call him.
