For the roofing part I would give them 5 stars. I also hired them for the painting and deck rebuild.
It has taken a long time for the painting and are still not done with the deck rebuild. Update--I am happy with the painting, even though it took them a long time. I am not entirely happy with the deck. I wanted composite railing that matched the deck flooring. It does not match and it wobbles. I would say if you want a roof, they will do a great job. If you want more, be your own project manager and hire a pro in each field.
