Repair a Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roof in 94702

Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project on time, the cost of the project was below all other bids. Not only did they do a top notch job, they also did the job at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Brendan Roofing and Waterproofing for your future roofing work.

Bostok & Williams Roofing

Repair a Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roof in 94704

Came out on a rainy afternoon of the day they were contacted, unplugged a drain on the flat second story roof of our building releasing a torrent of rain water, and patched a couple of leaks. Good timely work.

Brendan Roofing and Waterproofing

Repair a Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roof in 94117

Jose repaired leaks in our roof from screws of a solar array attaching it to the roof. It was a difficult repair because the array was only 3 inches away from the roof, parallel to our flat roof. He arranged for an electrician to help and between the two of them, they devised not only a repair to the leaky roof, but a new way to attach the array without penetraing the roof with screws. They wound up raising the array off the roof 2-3 feet, set the panels at the proper angle, and created a sturdy structure to support the panels. They worked very efficiently, conscientiously, and intelleigently in getting this difficult job done as promised.
