Konrad called immediately after my service magic inquiry and provided an estimate the next day. He described the required work in great detail, explaining the "mechanics' of why the two areas leaked, and why the previous repairs didn't work (i.e., inferior materials and poorly located seams). Another vendor on service magic provided a much higher estimate, and another couldn't do the estimate for 6 days. It rained shortly after the repairs, with a leak in a new but adjacent. area. Konrad came back the same day I called, explained why it had leaked, and made the additional repair at no additional cost. He and his associate were great!
