Fabulous quote process, the job was explained in detail, the contractor was prompt courteous, and thorough.
Bad
We asked the contractor to take before and after pictures as we could not get on the roof. The before pictures were taken, but the after pictures were not. They stated that they would come back to take them in a few days, and they have never been taken.
I am assuming that that the work was done well, but am not sure.
