The name of the roofing company is Quality Roofing which is somehow related to Ferrante Construction (I was confused). Salesman and phone contact was pleasant and cooperative. They scheduled the new roof quickly, work was done when promised, clean-up was very good. Price was competitive. No surprises. I wasn't crazy about dealing through email so I requested a meeting to sign something and requested a real invoice so I had something for future reference. Sure, this all could have been done through email but I didn't want to send money to someone who called on the phone out of the blue. In the end, I was pleasantly surprised.

Repair a Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roof in 02468
examined my flat roof problems and recommended fixing the rubber seal around the vent pipe which he said was causing water to come into the bedroom caieling. He also said the large window in the back of the bedroom was improperly installed and needed to be replaced and the framing needed to be built up about 1 foot.
He fixed the vent pipe seal and his charge was very reasonable.
He seemed very knowledgeable with regards to roofing and related work.
