Work was performed on time and the cost was reasonable. The crew was professional and left the area clean and organized at the end of each day.
The one thing it would have earned the last star was communicating when the job was going to start. After the contract was signed, and we talked about an estimated time to beging the project, there was no follow up to confirm that the job was going to start when stipulated; I had to initiate the contact.

Mr Williams and his crew arrived on the prescribed date with large trucks to remove all the old material scraped and trimmed from the rooftop as this job was finished most of the finishing materials, top grade insulation and roofing paper arrived and were hoisted to the rooftop. I counted 10 workmen at one time, five workmen doing the greatest share finishing in two days, 8 to 4 with 30 minutes for beans. I was impressed with the excellent industrial strength work performed by Bostok Williams Co and would recommend their services for the installation of any roof great or small. I am completely satisfied with the services and workmanship performed at this location. I found Mr Williams to be pleasant to speak with who worked 7 days a week was proud of his work, did not forget and was a man that kept his word. You will probably have to wait in line I waited 3 weeks.
