Install or Replace a Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roof in 07094
Challenge Roof & Repair replaced my shingle and partial flat roof on my home. Ruben Correa arrived on time, and presented me with a comprehensive estimate along with photos. (How else would I know what the roof needed?) The job was started on time, and on budget. The crew was great. Hard working, neat and courteous. After the job was complete, Ruben presented me with photos of the completed job. I would highly recommend Challenge Roof & Repair.

Clean Gutters and Downspouts in 07052
Work was done completely and properly once the price was accepted. The price quote was not done properly....Since I was a first time home owner, I had no way of knowing the gutter guards are quoted per per foot so there was a misunderstanding of the rate quote. Price was reduced to accomodate us which we appreciate a great deal , however, knowing the footage of our gutters, we do not know why another trip to Home Depot was required due to shortage of gutter guards purchased on the first round. As a first time Home Owner, we plan to study the job carefully before making a call. We learned our lesson.

Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof in 07112
Overall Challenge was a good company to work with. They arrived on time and finished within 3 days. Ruben was very nice. The price was a little higher than what I wanted to pay but I am glad that it is over with. As for clean up it was average I found a few nails and pieces of old shingles here and there but nothing too major. I would recommend them to anyone that wants the job done in a timely and professinal manner.
