Build a Traditional Wood Carport in 04062

TLC Homes built a 14�x18�carport attached to my home. The carport is constructed of wood rafters on top of a beam on 3 posts and a metal roof. TLC completed the work in a timely manner, using good construction skills, leaving a clean job-site, and did all this within my budget. I am very pleased with the carport. I would definitely recommend TLC Homes and plan to use them again for projects I have in the future. Highly recommended builder - give them a call!

Repair a Deck or Porch in 04102

TLC reshingled my leaking porch roof, straightened out & replaced bowed columns, rebuilt the buckling and rotted wooden porch deck and stairs with composite, replaced the stair rails, removed and replaced front and side lattices, covered the broad top rail of the porch and trimmed it all nicely and symmetrically where it hadn't been before. He also straightened up pieces of the house siding and gutter that had come loose. Scott did all this in several days and did a beautiful job, exactly as specified at the cost agreed upon. I'm very pleased with the results, the front of the house looks much better and is solid and altogether more maintenance free. He was easy to work with and I would highly recommend TLC.
