My experience with RL CHeney Construction was excellent. It took a while for us to get together but when we did, I was totally satisfied. He was very pleasant and very honest and his workmanship was excellent..Also his prices were reasonable.

The overall and upfront price was great. They got right to work in a rapid manner and completed the work efficiently once they started. For improvement, I suggest that they improve their communication... especially with a subcontractor. Several decisions were made before consulting with me and I was always available by phone.

Rob and his assistant Chad are just awesome. Polite, timely, helpful. Cannot say enough good about them and the work they do. The only down time for them is their lunch break. They come ready to work. They pay attention to the smallest details, even if I haven't thought of them. My only regret is that I did not find them sooner!!!!! Debbie E
