Seems odd to give all Very Good ratings, I usually tend to find something that wasn't quite right. However, in this case Byrd's did exactly what I wanted, consulted with me fully along the way, and sold me only what I really needed. Their charge for parts was darn near what I would have paid at a plumbing supply store- I expected them to charge more. The plumber was on-time, did exactly the right things, and charged a fair price. Can't ask for more than that!
