To be on time and to do a better job at the preperations so that he has all the items needed for the job. Because he did not prep the job well we ended up with an additional charges for parts.
The quality of the work was very good and he was friendly and courteous. Even though he was late I would use him again.

The work and workers were excellent, but my interactions with the owner himself, while initially cordial, devolved. He ultimately blamed me not only for his failure to make a profit off the work his people did for me, but complained that he was taking a loss because of me. Unfortunately, his lack of public relations skills detracted from an otherwise excellent experience.
The workers with whom I interacted were conscientious, punctual, and capable.
