Fabulous, and I have recommended Great Bay Plumbing and Heating to others. They were able to provide service on the same day as our call, even though it wasn't an emergency for us. They were very polite on the phone at first contact, understanding what our problem was and assuring us that they were capable of fixing it. The service technician who arrived was courteous, had all the tools and parts he would need, and executed his tasks in a professional manner. The pricing was within what we anticipated to pay for the services performed.

Enormously professional and responsive. He ID'd the problem nigh immediately after going out of his way to make it here during my odd work schedule. Because of past experiences, it is hard for me to trust professional estimates outside my areas of expertise. With this contractor, he showed me everything that he was doing and it wasn't nearly as bad of a problem as I thought, though he COULD have taken advantage of that, he didn't.
I will be using Einstein exclusively from now on because of this visit, and I'm usually a "hard sell".
