Replace toilet. He arrived on a Saturday to offer quote, sent the quote the same day. Arranged for the job the same week, arrived on time, (height of the worst North eastern in a decade), provided cleand shoes to keep the floor clean, removed, cleaned the floor arond the toilet (40 year old toilet), installed, cleaned up all excess parts, and prepared the invoice within 1 hour. Very down to earth, honest individual. I would recommend and hire him for added work.

Tom was very responsive, timely, honest, and cooperative. I haven't seen the finished repair, yet, but based on his reputation I can assume it was performed well. He seemed very professional and exuded a sense of honesty that's much needed in today's world, and appreciated by a homeowner like myself who doesn't have the ability to be at his vacation home at all hours of the week, and has to go with his gut-feeling, and hope for the best. I feel such confidence about Tom's work. So far, I would recommend him for any such repairs.
On another note, the guys at Sens were equally responsive, but there was a time conflict with scheduling.
