WOW!! They called back so quickly it suprised me, they scheduled me for the next morning and were on time and both the person I made the arrangements with and the tech were great! I would recommend them to everyone. They're also coming out with a scheduled maintenence package very soon and I will be the first one to sign up. They came when they said they would, and were very couteous, but I had to call them to come back because the tub they installed was not even, and had to be adjusted so the tiles could go in properly. To be fair, they came back immediately and adjusted the tub.
