Mike called almost immediately upon my request to Service Magic. As a professional sales person I appreciated his initiative; 1) to reach out to me right away to further qualify the job opportunity and 2) to impress upon me his desire to be selected for the job. Some might find his approach aggressive, but I found that it showed initiative. In spite of very bad weather and a considerable distance that he had to travel, Mike arrived on schedule at 8AM.
