polite, prompt, reasonable rates. he actually told me what DIDN'T need to be repaired, which saved me alot of money. everything in working order when completed. he replaced my bathroom faucet, fixed a leak on one toilet and instead of ripping me off, he just adjusted the water level on the other toilet, which i thought was 'backing up'. he could have easily 'snaked', made ajustments, etc.,and charged me, but he didn't. HIGHLY recommend this 'business with a handshake' gentleman.
