I'm glad that the technician called me and explained the cost and labor for this job. Having a full knowledge of the job, I'm revising my early rating write up to do the right thing for this contractor. The fact that he took time and cared enough to call me speaks volumes about their work and company. I was a bit crtical about the cost , but having learned how much they spent in parts and the fact that there were two technicians on the job makes a whole lot of difference. He also explained that if there is a recurring problem from this job that they would come back and fix it. Neeedless to say, this is very important .

They were the first to call when I submitted my request and the first to come to my home the next day. They were able to fix the problem within two hours and the price was reasonable. My only issue is that ServiceMagic listed them as accepting credit cards, but the guy would only take cash or check. Not a huge deal, but that needs to clarified.
