Excellent. The work was done on time, very neat, workers pleasant and kept us informed through the entire process. The price was right!!!! Very reasonable contract cost. We're so happy with the entire project. They made us feel like our job was their number one priority. The quality of workmanship was all professional. Everything was done to their own high standards. We will definitely recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing to all our family and friends. This is our 3rd contractor recommended thru Service Magic and we've been very happy with all 3. The person that sets up the appts, Matt, was wonderful. He called early, explained the service well and set up an appointment with me quickly and efficiently. He dispatched a worker named "Steve." Steve was nice, well mannered and well spoken. I had a leaking pipe. He gave me an estimate and started to repair/change a joint and/or piece of pipe. He called me when he was "done" and said the leak is slower but he thinks the leak is coming from somewhere higher up the pipe and suggested that I would need to have him open the walls on a room above the basement - a MUCH BIGGER job. The pipe just needed to be tightned. I pointed this out.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an excellent job installing my new vanity, sink and toilet. The bathroom looks beautiful. I have never seen such a clean worker. He created no dirt, dust or clutter and even took away all of the trash (boxes, etc.). He wore cloth over his shoes to avoid any dirt on the carpet and tile. He also corrected a problem I had with my kitchen pipes. He redid them, replaced the garbage disposal and everything works perfect.
