Had to wait several days for appointment (but it was not an emergency.) Nick showed up, gave a fair estimate for our immediate job, and a potential later project. A bit of pressure to do the immediate repair job for the quoted price. But work was quick and satisfactory. Overall, Cobra was courteous, fair, and reasonable.

Pricing was the best of the three pros sent to me. My conversation with Nick about the job showed that he understood what needed to be done. He showed up on time, and did the job efficiently and properly. There were scheduling constraints, and Lisa accomodated them. Overall, they proved to be true professionals who take pride in providing excellent service. I would definitely recommend them highly, and use them again.

I had old pipes and an old washer removed from my very cluttered basement. Mike and his asistant were extremely gracious and considerate, thinking nothing of moving clutter or working in a tight space. The work was done quickly and efficently. I am very happy with the results.
