They showed up as scheduled. The first person called in a second person to handle the job but this did not change the quoted price. The second person recommended replacing the two toilets with better quality. He snaked out the drain which made it drain better but neglected to find the belt buckle stuck in the drain which was probably a bigger part of the problem.

We bought a new dishwasher from home depot and it was defective. the plumber that you sent fixed it. I was not happy about having to have a new appliance fixed, it's only been a week but so far everything seems to be alright.
