Had an overall good experience with this vendor. He showed up when he said he would, was professional while he was in my home, fixed a cracked pipe in my house, cleaned up his mess when he was done, and followed up with me to make sure everything was ok.
There are two reasons I gave him 4 stars instead of 5. One, he called my home pretty early in the morning approx. 7 am (this was'nt a biggie as I was getting ready for work anyway). Two, the bill. I did'nt have any idea what to expect until the job was all over, and at that point I basically had to pay what he asked. It was a bit higher than I expected.
