James, from Pauls plumbing arrived, and knew what our problem was immediatly, ( a broken rubber washer, parts of which had found their way to the kitchen tap). After replacing the washer, flushing and removing the parts and debris, he was on his way with a minimum of fuss.
We have had several problems with plumbers in the past, we now have found one who we have confidence in.

They called us to schedule an appointment before I was able to call them. The plumber showed up within the time frame given to give a price quote and when accepted the quote we called to schedule the appointment. He called to ask if he could come early which was great. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very courteous.
The only problem we had was that we had to call him back as he didn't connect the hot water otherwise we will use them again.
