Alan is an independent plumber. I chose him because of this. Someone who works for him/herself is getting work predominantly on reputation. Alan delivers on great service based on that.
In the past, I went with a referral to a large company and got a different plumber every time. I was not happy. Alan reviewed the work over the phone. He was clear about the price and what I needed to do on my end. He diagnosed the problems accurately and his time spent and pricing was right on. He was fair and showed extreme concern for customer service. Everything works correctly and that was never the case in the past! All fixed-I know I'll call him again.

He did a good job, showed up on time, and quickly finished. Nice, friendly guy, too. The only problem was that it seemed like a lot of money for the actual work that got done, but maybe that's the going rate.

Brian installed a rebuilt shower control in our bathroom. He completed the job within the amount of time he said it would take without any delays or problems. Thus far the rebuilt control has worked fine.
