Availability was a big plus as I had an interior water pipe leak. Tapp was able to fit me in that evening. They were at my house in less than an hour. They surveyed the situation and quickly determined where the leak was eminating. Costs were discussed up front and I thought they were very reasonably priced. They repaired the leak and got me out of trouble. But what I liked most was their genuiness and desire to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks Renee and Joe for your help! After our basement flooded I was afraid this would happen over and over again so I wanted to speak to a plumber to see what could be done. I spoke to Renee for about 30 minutes that day and she put my fears to rest and gave me suggestions to keep the basement dry without spending a fortune.
