There was a response to my request within 10 minutes. By email because it was near midnight when I placed my request and Mr. Raisland didn't want to wake anyone by phone. I was invited to call him. I did and found a polite professional who honored my wishes for service at my convenience and called late morning to advise who would arrive and when. Chris Simile arrived and completed the service within an hour of his arrival. I would not hesitate to call this company again or to recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.
I highly recommend anyone call and trust this company.
Oh, and the charge was very fair.

A+, professional, friendly, found source of plumbing leak (not an easy one to identify), and repaired it quickly (job required sheet rock work and pipe replacement). Very easy to work with. I would use Artisan again and would recommend. Dispatcher very good also.
