WOW!! What a team. Joe and Renee are wonderful, courteous, honest, easy to talk to, fast, reliable, afforable and they know PLUMBING!!! I sent a request via Service Magic and within an hour I recevied a call from Renee. She was so friendly and I couldn't wait to meet her. We scheduled a appointment for the next day which accommodated my schedule and when they had a cancellation I was informed early in the morning. Renee

I already sent my comments. After my request I got call from this company. They told me that they are very solid company and probably the best in my local area. I just requested to send to me a copy of the materials and labor costs. One more time they said: we are the best, but just because we want you to be happy we will send to you money order on amount of $50.00. It is not about money. It is all about respect to your customers. I have another project I would like to do. But probably I will ask you to offer me somebody else! By the way, where is the money back ( even $50.00)?
