The service provider gave us prompt response and came in to fix the problem the next morning. They figured out the leaking problem right way and got it done in less than an hour. We have asked a few plumbers before and got advice such as replacing the whole bathroom, which will cost us a fortune. We will use them again.

Jim Becker called me immediately to set up an appointment for a free estimate. He was prompt and very professional. He took care of my bathtub drain which was leaking onto my ceiling. He made little mess, worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. He price was very good and I hired him on the spot. He explained the problem and gave me some insight about the how and why this happened.
I would definetly recommend using Jim Becker and I will use him again if the need arises.
