I submitted my request on the weekend. In addition to the standard email responses generated through ServiceMagic, someone from the company sent a personalized email asking for more details. She communicated with me via email, and called me promptly on Monday morning. The repairman was there within 45 minutes of the call, was polite, and communicated with me on every step of the repair, and what my options were. He was also very tidy. The price was great too - I was expecting a more expensive repair.

Promptly called, quote over phone was significantly lower than another quote, schedule was prompt as well. Because job took longer than expected, i appreciated that it was a flat rate. However, the marble around my sink did sustain some damage, that the contractor did not point out to me, and he used one of my good bath towels to wipe some grease (aren't plumbers supposed to bring their own rags?)
