The young man who came to repair my multi plumbing problems was very nice and the work he did was excellent. However we also needed leaky faucets repaired but didn't do it. Our faucets are older. It is C&T policy to guarantee their work and he felt our faucets would quickly be leaking again. He had faucets with him and installation would be no more than he would have to charge for replacing washer!!! The prices of the S&T supplied faucets sounded very high to me and I will faucet shop before proceeding. I think C&T should reveal this policy so customers can prepare.
